July Boot Camp 2010!
Our First Boot Camp for July was awesome – the ladies that attended worked hard and did well – Marilyn was the overall Goddess of the day who won the obstacle course race for her Team! But all in all everyone did great and we are looking forward to a larger group this Saturday! To encourage attendance Boot Camp is now available for only $20 Per class! Pay as you go! So come out blast some fat and have fun!

2010 Beach Body Boot Camp!
Its time to get ready for fun in the sun, the weathers turning warm and its time to shape up for summer! My fitness boot camp is a fun calorie blasting workout for you and your friends! This spring/summer Boot Camp will be at the Grape Bowl in Lodi, Ca. Building self confidence, being part of a team, and getting an awesome butt kicking workout are things you can expect to take away from camp.
BOOT CAMPS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 7 PEOPLE SIGNED UP IN ADVANCE OF CLASS TO LOCK IN CAMP DATES.

Beach Body Boot Camp Starts Saturday May 3rd!!!!
Boot camp sign ups are starting now for the month of May. The camp will be held at the Tokay High School track in Lodi. We will be there training every saturday from 7a.m. – 9 a.m. This is a great way to get your fitness a jump start for summer. Mothers Day is also this month – team up with your mom on Mothers Day and get fit together! This camp is designed to be fun and challenging -for all fitness levels! Only 17 of the 20 spots open are still available – they go fast!!! If you are interested in signing up call or email me before April 30th.
