Ladies Night Out provides a fun and relaxed “common ground” for women to get to know other women they don’t neccesarily associate with on a day to day basis. Its a great way to meet new friends or share laughs with old ones.
They meet every 2nd Friday of the month at different coffee shops and restaurants throughout the Lodi area. This months focus topic is Stress Relief, I think we could all use some of that!
Women are multi taskers and tend to be the organizers and care givers for many, between juggling work, family, household responsibilities and playdates it’s no wonder that by the end of the day we feel a bit FRAZZLED!
At Ladies Night Out I will be speaking about How to REDUCE your stress levels through excercise and good nutrition and teach you a stress relief workout you can do anywhere.
