We have a New Loation due to problems in scheduling with the City of Lodi and the Grape Bowl – our new Camp Location is Tokay High School and has even more to offer than the Grape Bowl – Same Time but New Location and I will be contacting all of you via email to make sure you know where to go. Our Boot Camp is now officially full and we are no longer accepitng applicants, however we will be hosting another Camp in October of 2007 and would love to see you out there so if you missed this one there will be another oppourtunity to get in on the next this fall!
Okay it looks like we are going to have a big turn out! We have filled all 15 spots!!!! Because I know there are a few of you who are still interested and want to sign up but haven’t yet we are going to add 10 more spots! It is very easy to sign up and you can pay online with your Credit Card – If you are still interested in signing up but haven’t yet and want one of the 10 spots available you can email me directly – melissa@cosmopinkstyle.com and I will send along a Boot Camp Release waiver to you. BOOT CAMP #2 STARTS JULY 7th!
Okay we’re ramping up for Beach Body Boot Camp #2! I can’t tell you how excited I am to be hosting another camp! After the great press we got from the Lodi News Sentinel and the recent inquiry from San Juaquin Magazine – I decided it was time for another ! We are expecting a great turn out and have 15 total spots available for the month of July. In addition we have geared this camp towards all fitness levels – Yes if you are a beginner you will be able to do this camp, but as with any fitness or excercise regimen if you have existing conditions you should always consult your physician first. The camp is for two hours total and we will be doing a variety of training circuits that are geared towards increasing your cardiovascular health and burning fat. There will be rest periods to hydrate and catch a breath before each planned excercise. We also have added a twist this time and set up an obstacle course designed just for us! In addition we have teamed up with some of our great local lodi business owners who have given us some really cool shwag! – All female attendees will be getting a Camp Cosmopink Tank Top and our guys who attend will be getting shirts! As always call ahead of time to reserve your spot -

Happy Father’s Day
I just wanted to wish all of you Awesome Daddy’s out there a Happy Father’s Day! Especially I wanted to wish a Happy Father’s Day to my own dad who I didn’t get to see this year. Dad I love you so much and I want to thank you for always being in my corner no matter what – You gave me the strength, courage, and self confidence to believe in myself and my dreams. Thanks Dad – I love you.
